Prospects for the adoption of Agile Project Management techniques in Nigerian construction industry


 Persistent failure of construction projects to meet clients’ objectives has compelled a review the extant systems for project delivery. This study assessed prospect adopting Agile Project Management (APM) delivery in Lagos State. To achieve this, examined level awareness APM among stakeholders and developed SWOT model adoption technique projects. The research adopted survey method using questionnaire. sample involved 196 stakeholders. Data obtained were analysed Mean Score Fussy Set Theory. result showed that stakeholders’ about individual methodologies is high. There are also weighty strengths, weaknesses, opportunities threats portrays high prospects adoption. However, there need embed trust, cooperation improved team performance.
